Hi Gang. Class begins on Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at 6:30PM to 7:30PM at Lakeshore Towers in Salt Lake. We will be running for another 8 weeks of interesting, informative and educational facts and tips on health and wellness, with strong emphasis on NUTRITION! Want to lose weight, learn more about nutrition and WIN THE CASH PRIZE? Good, then you'll have to be a challenger in LiNK's Weight-Loss Challenge and Nutrition Class.
