I found this interesting segment on CNN's website, amongst the Hurricane Ike headlines, it's called Fit Nation. Here's an interactive tool that may give you a perspective on serving sizes and calories consumed in a day. Read the food label for details on serving size, calories, sodium content, etc. Note: This does not include local Hawaii favorites but it's a good exercise to try. This tool complements Noe's portion size plate activity.
